Trust us, we know.  We designed Keystone Click with convenience, avoid the lines, avoid the risk and purchase your insurance online with ease, wherever and whenever is most convenient for you.  
A: Absolutely! We know how important cyber security is in the online world we live in now. The Keystone Click Platform and all your information is 100% safe with us. And ONLY us. We do not share information with anyone.  
A: Absolutely not. You are by no means obligated to purchase once you have received your quote. Save it for a few hours or come back another day. The quote takes less than 10 minutes. If you have questions throughout the process, do not be afraid to give us a call. 
 
A: Absolutely! Just log in to the customer portal and make any adjustments necessary. You can view, manage and update exactly what you are covered for instantly. Anywhere, anytime. It’s that simple. 
A: Once you have paid for your policy, you are covered instantly. However, you can 100% schedule a day in the future for your policy to take effect. Say you just purchased a home, and the possession date is in 2 weeks but your lawyer needs proof of insurance now.  
A: Log in to the customer portal. And view your policy. You have all the information you need at your fingertips, anywhere, anytime. Save the policy information, print it or send it off to your lawyer, real estate agent or whoever is requesting proof of policy. It is that simple!  
A: That is easy. Head to the customer portal, login and submit the claim. For more detailed information, we have a blog post written specifically for the claims process. And if you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to give us a call!  
A: Absolutely not. Much like the rest of the process, cancelling your policy is easy-peasy. Login to the customer portal and cancel at any time. Need more info, head to our blog post on Cancelling Your Policy. Follow the instructions and you are good to go!

If you are wanting to change the date the payment comes out, you must get in contact with us. You can call 1-888-222-0481, drop us a line in the chat box or email and someone will get back to you ASAP. BUT you can switch from monthly to annually in the portal and pay off the balance at any time.
