Ok! I Am All Signed Up. What Do I Need To Know?

What kinds of things can I manage within the customer portal?  

Get a New Quote:
In reading over your coverages, you forgot to add Water Protection or would like to remove a coverage. You can go to the My Overview screen and generate to new quote. Customize and update the policy you would like and submit! Best part is, is that you do not have to go into a location or call in to make changes you need to make. This can all be done from any device, anywhere, anytime. 
View, Download and Email your Policy. 
On the left-hand side, select My Policies. Select view policy. You have access to view your policy anywhere, anytime! If you need to email your policy, just select Email PDF, (bottom center button). Your policy will automatically be sent to the email address you provided for login.  
Change Payment Method and Schedule. 
From the My Policies page, you can go in and change your payment plan from monthly to yearly. In this screen you can add a new payment method. Just select the payment method of choice and away you go.  
Making Changes.
  From the My Policies screen again, you can make changes such as insured address. Cancel your policy. Change your coverages and deductibles. If you added a security system after purchasing the policy, you can add that in for a discount.
